Simply Complete Solicitors takes client service to the next level with Eclipse’s Proclaim and TouchPoint+ solutions

In a move to further personalise its client service offering, Simply Complete has implemented Eclipse’s self-service portal, TouchPoint+. Furthermore, the team will be able to style TouchPoint+ entirely in line with the firm’s branding, as well as offer targeted news feeds, social media links and cross-selling opportunities.
