("Scorpion" or the "Company") today announcedthat George Bruce Brumley, Vice-President Operations, will retire inthe fourth quarter of 2009. Mr. Brumley will be succeeded asVice-President Operations by James Harold Denney, who is joining theCompany on 1 September, 2009.Jon C. Hiswork experience is built on a solid foundation of rig basedoperations which led to multiple senior leadership roles. He hasserved as the operations manager for Nabors in the North Sea,President of Nabors Alaska and recently as Chairman of Nabors WellServices Ltd.Mr. Cole further commented: "Jim's operational experience andcommitment to Performance Excellence will be a perfect fit for theCompany.
