Annual General Meeting in Norske Skog

Norske Skog's annual general meeting was held today, 14 April 2011.
The general meeting re-elected Emil Aubert, Ragnhild Borchgrevink, Maalfrid
Brath, Ann Kristin Brautaset, Jens Nicolai Jenssen, Even Mengshoel, Tom Rathke,
Tom Ruud, Karen Helene Ulltveit-Moe and Olav Veum as shareholder-elected members
of the Norske Skog corporate assembly. Maria Moræus Hanssen and Helge Leiro
Baastad were elected as new members. The corporate assembly will elect its own
chair and deputy chair at a meeting later today.
Aud Lysenstøen, Knut Aas and Henrik A. Christensen were elected as deputy
members of the corporate assembly.
The general meeting re-elected Ole H. Bakke, Kirsten Idebøen and Tom Ruud to the
election committee, and Helge Leiro Baastad was elected as a new member. Tom
Ruud was elected chair of the election committee.
Election of new members of the board will take place at the corporate assembly
meeting later today, and will be published after the meeting.
The other matters at the annual general meeting were adopted in accordance with
the notice convening the meeting.
Minutes from the annual general meeting will be published later.
