Prospector agrees to acquire gold prospects in Peru from Milpo
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/11/17 -- Prospector Resources Corp. ("Prospector") (TSX VENTURE: PRR) is pleased to announce that through its whole owned subsidiary Rio2 Exploraciones S.A.C. ("Rio2") it has entered into a mining assignment and option agreement (the "Agreement") with Compania Minera Milpo S.A.A. ("Milpo") pursuant to which it has the right and option to acquire all rights and interests in 7 gold exploration prospects totalling approximately 19,000 hectares in Peru (the "Portfolio").
Transaction Highlights
Rio2 is currently in the process of conducting field visits to each of the gold prospects in the Portfolio to facilitate planning for the first 12 months of exploration.
