The Board of Directors of Camposol Holding Ltd. announces that Mrs. Maria
Cristina Couturier has resigned from the Chief Financial Officer position, in
order to pursue new projects and personal aspirations.
Mr. Jorge Ramirez, CEO of Camposol Holding Ltd., will assume the CFO functions
during the selection process for the new CFO (process that has already begun).
