As well, effective August 24, 2009 Cameron Barton,Acting President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chief FinancialOfficer, has accepted the positions of President and Chief ExecutiveOfficer on a permanent basis.The Board of Directors of the Company is very pleased that Mr.Bentley and Mr. Barton have made these commitments to Artumas.Effective August 15, 2009 Duncan Nightingale has accepted aconsulting role with the Company for a period of six months and willtherefore be relinquishing his current role as Senior Vice Presidentof Exploration and Production.
