Transactions in connection with share buyback programme
On 6 April 2017, Nets A/S ("Nets") announced that a share buyback programme of
up to 1,200,000 shares had been initiated for the purpose of hedging Nets' long-
term incentive programmes. Purchases of shares under the buyback programme are
carried out in accordance with the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation
(EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation") and will end no
later than 31 July 2017. Transactions made under the share buyback programme
will be announced through Nasdaq Copenhagen on a weekly basis.
The following transactions have been executed in the period 17 April 2017 to 23
