Prosafe has today published the annual report for 2010. This year's printed
report includes the annual accounts and directors' report for 2010.
In order to present an up-to-date overview of the company, Prosafe has created a

governance, CSR and operations. This information will be updated whenever
required throughout the year.

general meeting will be distributed to registered shareholders today.
