Inwido to acquire Pro Tec Vinduer in Denmark

Ratos's subsidiary Inwido has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in
the Danish window company Pro Tec Vinduer. The acquisition will be financed with
funds available in Inwido.
Pro Tec sells and produces windows and doors in wood/aluminium and
wood/fibreglass for the Danish and British markets. Pro Tec has a particularly
strong position among architects and construction companies within the
industrial segment. Pro Tec has approximately 140 employees and sales in 2010
totalled DKK 170m.
"Pro Tec's range of windows and doors is in tune with the times in terms of
design, energy efficiency and flexibility. This acquisition will strengthen our
offering in Denmark and other markets and fits in well with our focus on new and
innovative products," says Inwido's CEO Håkan Jeppsson.
The acquisition is subject to approval from the relevant competition
authorities.
