New factoring portal offers extensive range of services

The radically overhauled version now speeds up document handling significantly. Customers can view key information concerning payments even faster. Moreover, factoring service providers can customise the portal to match their company’s corporate design. The customer portal has been developed by Neuss-based fidis GmbH and is a component in its reliable and praxis proven FACT.pilot factoring suite.

Neuss, 4 May 2017. The “FACT.portal” web portal brings order and clarity to the flood of documents and data in factoring. The radically overhauled version now speeds up document handling significantly. Customers can view key information concerning payments even faster. Moreover, factoring service providers can customise the portal to match their company’s corporate design. The customer portal has been developed by Neuss-based fidis GmbH and is a component in its reliable and praxis proven FACT.pilot factoring suite.
“Factoring customers require one thing above all – clarity about how much money is ultimately paid out to them,” emphasises Otto Johannsen, founder and Managing Director of fidis GmbH. “The completely revised FACT.portal gives factors a service platform which makes this possible for their customers in a fast and simple manner.” FACT.portal makes all the documents required in the factoring process available on one central platform. Customers can view the current status of invoice processing or their payment ratio. Significantly improved performance of the FACT.portal results in shorter load times for a huge amount of data. Tens of thousands of records can be browsed in a few seconds.
The wealth of information is presented in condensed form in new views, allowing important information to be identified at a glance. Details can then be displayed when required. Furthermore, shortcuts on the start page give immediate access to important information such as the status of invoice processing and current availability – irrespective of the device used. Thanks to its “responsive design”, the FACT.portal adapts the way data are displayed to ensure that all information and functions are presented clearly, whether on a tablet, smartphone or PC.
The new release also offers factors the advantage of being able to customise a large number of settings. For example, mandatory fields can be defined for entering debtor master data in order to ensure that no details are missing, saving time and making the data more reliable. FACT.portal also offers multilingual support, which makes communication easier across borders. If necessary, factors can modify each individual text displayed on the portal.
FACT.portal is part of the FACT.pilot suite from fidis but can also be used as a standalone solution with any backend factoring system. Release 2.0 is available since April 2017.
