With all my experience on and around the slopes, I want to share a few spacious rental properties that are perfect for big groups.
Chalet Delfina – Les Menuires
The first of our catered chalets can be booked for groups of up to 14 people. The benefit here is location, location, location! This cabin is set at the foot of the Bruyéres gondola lift which will take you right up to Mont de la Chambre. Not only this, the rental property is close to all the amenities of the area, such as the ski school, swimming pool, and a night club. The essentials!
Our catered chalets come with lovely extras to make your stay pleasant and stress-free like electric boot warmers, a selection of books and board games, and outside parking.
Chalet Morgane – La Tania
If you want a traditional log cabin, then Chalet Morgane is ideal. Sleeping up to 12 adults in six bedrooms, this high-spec lodge features a warming fire, exposed beams and walls adorned with vintage skis. All this character is set in a private wooded location.
If you’re a confident skier you can ski up to your front door, while for less experienced skiers access to the slopes is just minutes away. Before an evening chatting by the fire, make sure to relax those muscles in your outdoor hot-tub!
Chalet Flora – Les Menuires
Chalet Flora is the ideal ski-in ski-out home-from-home with easy access to the piste. 12 adults and 4 kids can be accommodated in the building’s 6 en-suite bedrooms. This cabin has attractive living and dining areas as well as a sun terrace and an outside hot tub perfect for après celebrations.
Speaking of après, here you’ll have access to a fully stocked mini fridge with some treats for adult skiers, such as wines and beers, aching from a good day’s exercise.
Like Chalet Delfina, Flora is close to the resort’s centre, its nightclub, swimming pool and ski school. Just outside the accommodation is a handy shuttle bus stop which provides access to the whole Les Menuires area.
Chalet Christine – La Tania
Chalet Christine is ideal for larger groups as it can sleep a whopping 28 people. This lodge is built in a traditional Alpine style and has a warm and welcoming feel. It has two living rooms which can be joined together to form one sociable space or separated for cosy evenings in.
Chalet Christine is a few minutes’ walk away from the centre of the area with many bars and restaurants. My favourite aspect of this special property is its striking views over the Bozel Valley.
