Lanzarote – A Place for Luxury Even with the Little Ones
Being on holiday with children does not mean that you have to sacrifice luxury, We have great resorts in Lanzarote that offer plenty for adults and youngsters.
(firmenpresse) - I speak to many parents who state that when they book a vacation they find that they have to sacrifice luxury to cater to their children. This should never be the case; we are firm believers that you can have a luxury break which is also child-friendly.
One of my favourite places for this is the sunny Canary Island of Lanzarote. We have a handful of marvellous resorts in Lanzarote which will allow you to indulge in the finer things in life, plus they also have plenty of facilities that the little ones will love, while still being well situated to get out and explore the island.
H10 Lanzarote Princess
Easily one of my favourite resorts in Lanzarote, this hotel is brilliantly located on the fabulous Playa Blanca beach to the south of the island. The beach is the perfect place for families as mum and dad can unwind and catch some rays whilst your brood tears around and plays in the ocean.
In addition to the great location, H10 Lanzarote Princess has a youth club, children’s pool (complete with pirate ship!), a playground and many other facilities geared towards young visitors. The adults will enjoy the superb views, luxury interior and great range of food and drink options.
H10 Rubicon Palace
Just off the promenade of Playa Blanca is this impressive hotel, which is in a peaceful location and has something for everyone. Whilst you are recharging in the impressive Thalasso spa, the children can spend their energy in one of the five pools, at the youth club or in the fun mini-disco.
Previous guests have also commented highly on the evening entertainment, which they say is great fun for the whole family. In terms of dining, the little ones will enjoy the chil-dren’s buffet serving up all kinds of tasty treats, whilst the adults can indulge in Italian, American and Asian à la carte dining.
Princess Yaiza
Princess Yaiza is a famous beachfront five-star resort that exudes elegance, luxury and calmness. It is also a great place for children thanks to the three swimming pools, mini disco and themed shows. There is a child-minding service where they can enjoy these facilities or play Playstation whilst mum and dad can have some peace and quiet.
The food here is another reason why it is popular with families. There is a wide range on offer with both buffet and à la carte restaurants, so fussy eaters are well catered for but you can also encourage the family to try new tastes. Be sure to visit the two bars for a cocktail (or two!) and some live music while the babysitter looks after your children.
Seaside Los Jameos Playa
Last but certainly not least, this relaxation haven has a fantastic location set within lush gardens, just a stone’s throw from the idyllic Playa de la Pocillos beach. You will feel in-credibly at peace here with such amazing surroundings and luxury facilities, but it is also very child-friendly. Youngsters love the pair of fun swimming pools, playground and the range of entertainment on offer. They even have their own children’s clubhouse where they can play and make new friends.
I would recommend the all-inclusive option, which allows you to indulge in breakfast buf-fets, barbeques and a range of tantalising food served in the à la carte restaurant – top tip: dine on the terrace for unbeatable views of the surrounding area. There are also a few bars to enjoy too.
