The Annual General Meeting of Northern Logistic Property ASA was held on
Thursday 12 May 2011 at 14:00 hours at Felix Conference Center, Aker Brygge,
Oslo. All proposed resolutions were resolved. Minutes of the Annual General
Meeting is enclosed.

Dividend of NOK 0.50 per share will be paid on or about 27 May 2011 to the
shareholders as of 12 May 2011. The share will be quoted exclusive the right to
dividend from and including 13 May 2011.
