(Econ.), has been appointed Deputy CEO of CapMan Plcresponsible for CapMan's own fund investments, fundraising for fundsmanaged by the Group, business development, and the Group's financesand administration. Partner Göran Barsby, M.Sc. (Econ.) and Partnerand Head of CapMan Russia, Investment Operations, Hans Christian DallNygård, M.Sc. (Econ.), have been appointed as new members of CapManPlc Group's Management Group. All these changes will be effective asof 1 October 2009.Senior Partner and Head of Investor Services, Jerome Bouix, has beenappointed Deputy CEO of CapMan Plc. The Investor Services team isresponsible for fundraising and the administration of CapMan funds,performance monitoring of the funds' portfolio companies, the Group'sbusiness development, investor relations and communications, as wellas legal matters. The Group Finances and Accounting, IT team, headedby CFO Kaisa Arovaara, will report to Bouix as of 1 October 2009.Bouix joined CapMan in 2000 and in addition to fundraising he hasbeen actively involved in the Nordic expansion of CapMan's operationsas well as the launching of new fund products. Prior to CapMan, Bouixworked in the financing team of Finland's Ministry of Trade andIndustry.Senior Partner Olli Liitola, who previously acted as Deputy CEO, willfocus on the investment activities of the funds managed by CapMan asa member of their investment committees and will also have overallresponsibility for bank financing partnerships.Partner Göran Barsby and Head of CapMan Russia, InvestmentOperations, Partner, Hans Christian Dall Nygård, have been appointedmembers of the Management Group."These changes in management are part of our strategic process inwhich we defined the company's core competences.
