ASKER, NORWAY (19 May 2011) - Thirteen employees of TGS have today, 19 May
2011, exercised in total 223,000 stock options. 173,500 options were exercised
from the award in August 2006 secured by warrants at an exercise price of NOK
105.50 per share. 44,250 options were exercised from the award in August 2008
secured by treasury shares at an exercise price of NOK 70.80 per share and
5,250 options were exercised from the award in August 2009 secured by warrants
at an exercise price of NOK 78.66 per share. Attached is a list of primary
insiders exercising stock options.
