THIN - Share issue to employees
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 23
May 2011 to issue 750,000 shares to employees, in accordance with the Company's
2009 Subscription Rights Plan, corresponding to share capital increase of NOK
82,500 (each share issued having a par value of NOK 0.11).
Following this transaction, the Company's share capital will be NOK
30,921,009.46. The subscription price per share is NOK 1.08. The total
subscription price therefore is NOK 810,000, of which NOK 82,500 is added to the
Company's share capital while NOK 727,500 is added to the Company's funds in
accordance with the provisions of the Public Limited Companies Act.
