On 31 October 2010 Evotec AG communicated that by issuance of new shares out of
authorized capital the total number of voting rights increased to 115.595.129.
In correction to this release and in consideration of 600 further voting rights
out of exercised option rights Evotec AG herewith communicates that the
appropriate number of voting rights on 31.October 2010 was 115.595.729.
To avoid any possible misunderstanding we point out that the number of voting
rights as of 11 May 2011 is 118.193.132.
