Vancouver, BC - June 21, 2017 - Blue River Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Blue River") (TSX Venture - BXR) (http://www.blueriv.com) is pleased to announce that it has closed its non- brokered private placement announced on May 4, 2017. The Company issued 14,285,714 units of its securities at $0.035 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.06 per share on or before June 16, 2019. A finder's fee of $11,816 and 337,600 share purchase warrants ("Finder's Warrants") was paid in connection with a portion of the private placement. Each Finder's Warrant entitles the holder to purchase a common share at a price of $0.06 per share on or before June 16, 2019. The securities issued pursuant to the private placement and any shares to be issued on the exercise of the warrants and Finder's Warrants are restricted from trading until October 17, 2017. The proceeds raised will be used as follows:
Corporate finance fee: $11,816
Pay existing accounts payable: $38,000
Pay for exploration program and report $200,000
on Banlung
property,
Cambodia, and National Instrument
