THIN - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to prior notices regarding the share issue to employees in
Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") and board remuneration in the form of
shares in Thinfilm.
Following receipt of payments, the share capital increases have been duly
registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
share capital increases, Thinfilm's registered share capital is NOK
30,921,009.46 divided into 281,100,086 ordinary shares each having a par value
of NOK 0.11.
