In the period from 3 July 2017 until 10 July 2017 Van Lanschot Kempen has
repurchased 10,298 of its own shares. The shares were repurchased at an average
price of ?24.23 per share for a total amount of ?249,491.
These repurchases are part of the share buy-back programme for at most 150,000
of own shares, which was announced on 7 June 2017. The total number of shares
repurchased to date is 31,398.
