The Atea Group has since 2007 had a strong focus on the Group's environmental
impact and is constantly doing improvements to lower the CO2 impact for the
Group as well as its customers. Atea's goal is to reduce the CO2 emission by 25
% per employee by 2015 (based on a 2007 level). Status after 2010 is that the
CO2 emission per employee is reduced by 14.8% from 2007 to 2010.

Atea's goitgreen concept has been fully integrated in the customer offerings
meaning that all IT solutions are today provided with a green area. By this,
Atea ensures that the customers have access to the green information as well as
the environmental impact for the chosen solutions. During 2009 Atea measured
that their customers have - by choosing more environmentally friendly IT
solutions from Atea - saved 218,669 tonnes of CO2. This is equal to the yearly
CO2 emission for 17,218 Nordic households. This level is expected as a minimum
target for 2010 as well, and also for the coming years.

The Atea Group is today the leading provider of recycling of used IT equipment
in the Nordic countries with a yearly revenue stream of more that MNOK 100 based
on the goitloop concept. 99.8% of all received IT equipment is recycled and Atea
today handles more than 200,000 used units yearly through its central goitloop
centre based in Växjö in Sweden.

All companies in the Atea Group have climate reports including targets and goals
for reducing their own environmental impact. Further Atea is certified according
to the ISO 14001. To ensure constant focus, external audits and status on
internal CO2 emission in Atea are conducted. The climate reports make it
possible to identify and implement necessary actions to lower the Group's total

CO2 emission. The Group's total CO2 emission impact for 2010 ended at 10,314
tonnes CO2.

"I am very pleased with the results so far and the reduction of 14.8% means that
we are on track for reaching our goal for 2015. The goal for reducing our own
impact are very important, and so is our constant focus on environmental
initiatives to help our customers as well. We will as a group focus strongly on
the green initiatives in the years to come," says Claus Hougesen, CEO of the
Atea Group.

The footprint is based on an independent review of the Group's Carbon Footprint
Analysis based on the total energy consumption related to corporate operations.
The carbon footprint gives a general overview of the Group's greenhouse gas
emissions. Further the analysis is based on the international standard
Greenhouse Gas Protocol Initiative (GHG protocol), which is the most important
standard for measuring greenhouse gas emissions, developed by World Resources
Institute (WRI) and World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
