Reference is made to the Q1 2011 report released on 24 May 2011. The Board of
Directors of BW Offshore Limited has declared a cash dividend of USD 0.04 per
share for Q1 2011. BW Offshore Limited will be trading ex-dividend of USD 0.04
per share as from and including 6 June 2011.
The record date is 8 June 2011, and the dividend will be payable on or about 21
June 2011.
