HAMILTON, Bermuda, Aug. 03, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Enstar Group Limited
(Nasdaq:ESGR) filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q with the SEC today,
reporting its earnings and financial position for the three and six months ended
June 30, 2017.
Enstar reported consolidated net earnings of $90.2 million (or $4.62 per fully
diluted share) for the three months ended June 30, 2017, compared to $40.6
million (or $2.09 per fully diluted share) for the three months ended June 30,
2016, and $144.9 million ($7.43 per fully diluted share) for the six months
ended June 30, 2017, compared to $86.1 million (or $4.43 per fully diluted
share) for the six months ended June 30, 2016.
Enstar's shareholders' equity at June 30, 2017 amounted to $2,962.2 million (or
$150.56 per fully diluted share), as compared to $2,802.3 million (or $143.68
