Settlement with the City of Oslo

(Oslo, 23 June 2011) EDB ErgoGroup ASA and the City of Oslo have agreed a
settlement in connection with the dispute between the City of Oslo and the
former EDB Business Partner Norge AS in respect of a contract to supply
applications operating services.
The settlement provides for the parties to cancel their legal proceedings
against each other, and to agree that neither party has any further financial
claim on the other in respect of the dispute.
Both parties have recognised that there were shortcomings in their internal
procedures, and have implemented measures to avoid similar situations arising in
the future.
The City of Oslo has now put the dispute in the past, and it will not have any
effect on the City's existing agreements with EDB ErgoGroup or on its
consideration of EDB ErgoGroup for future assignments. The parties will be
professional in their relationship, and there are major projects on which they
will collaborate in the future, including the implementation of a new HR system.
The settlement will not have any effects for EDB ErgoGroup`s financial results.
