MOBILE INTERCONNECTION FEES FOR 2011-2014

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 JUNE 2011 AT 12.10pm

Elisa and other mobile operators have agreed on interconnection fees for
2011-2014.

All Finnish mobile operators have equal interconnection fee, which is currently
4.4 cents per minute. The interconnection fee will be lowered to 3.82 cents per
minute from 1 December 2011, which is valid until 30 November 2012. The
intereconnection fee from 1 December 2012 to 30 November 2014 will be 2.8 cents
per minute.

These interconnection fee changes do not have impact on Elisa's 2011 outlook or
mid-temt financial targets.
