30-Year Mortgage Rate Hits Another 2017 Low

(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/07/17 -- (OTCQB: FMCC) today released the results of its (PMMS®), showing the 30-year fixed mortgage rate dropping to a year-to-date low for the third consecutive week.



(FRM) averaged 3.78 percent with an average 0.5 point for the week ending September 7, 2017, down from last week when it averaged 3.82 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.44 percent.

this week averaged 3.08 percent with an average 0.5 point, down from last week when it averaged 3.12 percent. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 2.76 percent.

(ARM) averaged 3.15 percent this week with an average 0.4 point, up from last week when it averaged 3.14 percent. A year ago at this time, the 5-year ARM averaged 2.81 percent.
