Nordic Mines AB (publ) has been delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm

The company today announces that the Nasdaq Disciplinary Board has decided to
delist the company's shares. The reason is said to be a number of shortcomings
in management and information to the market. Trading with the company's shares
has been discontinued since July 7, 2017.
The Board is accepting the stock exchange's decision but has a divergent view
that in an ambition that the company's problems are about to be resolved.
The Disciplinary Board has decided that the Board of Directors and the Board of
Directors of Nordic Mines have not met the requirements of 2.4.1, 2.4.2 and
2.4.3 of the Nasdaq Stockholms Regulatory Issue.
