Norsk Hydro: Change in Hydro's Corporate Management Board

Katarina Nilsson, Executive Vice President of HR & Organization in Sapa, will be
appointed EVP of People & HSE in Hydro. The appointment is pending merger
clearance and closing of the Sapa transaction, expected in the second half of
2017.
Katarina Nilsson holds a Master of Law degree from Lund University in Sweden and
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese studies from the University of London. A
Swedish national, she has broad international experience, including from Asia as
head of the China offices for the law firm Vinge for several years. Nilsson
joined Sapa in 2015, and has held senior management positions in Sapa since.
Katarina Nilsson will replace Hanne Simensen, who has been appointed to a new
position in Hydro.
