Corio signs ? 600 m Revolving Credit Facility

Corio has successfully closed the syndication of a ? 600 m Revolving Credit
Facility (RCF) that refinances the ? 600 m RCF agreement signed in April 2005.
The new credit line has a tenor of five years with two 1-year extension options
and can be used for general corporate purposes. BNP Paribas acted as coordinator
of the facility and 7 banks joined in syndication, all for the same ticket and
role. The syndication was oversubscribed as all the invited banks committed to
the facility, which was not increased.
