PANAMA, REPUBLIC OF PANAMA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2011) - Thunderbird Resorts
Inc. ("Thunderbird" or "Group") (FRANKFURT: 4TR)(EURONEXT: TBIRD) reports the
following revenues for June 2011:

1. Revenue growth in the Group's Costa Rica operations is continuing to be
impacted by the recession, higher unemployment and a soft gaming market.
2. Peru gaming properties was impacted by a smoking ban that went into effect
on 29 March 2011 in Lima, Peru. Management believes that the impact of the
smoking ban will be diminished over time but there are no assurances.
3. Revenue growth in the Group's Poro Point property in the Philippines was
impacted by a smoking ban, where we also believe that the impact will be short
term but cannot offer assurances. In Rizal, revenue has been temporarily
impacted by ongoing construction that closed certain gaming areas.
4. June 2011 revenues consist of revenue from the El Pueblo and Fiesta hotels
and managements fees for the Thunderbird Hotels-Pardo, Thunderbird Hotels-
Carrerra, Thunderbird Hotels-Bellavista, and Thunderbird Hotels-Principal; June
2010 revenues for comparison purposes only consist of revenue from the
Thunderbird Hotels-El Pueblo and Thunderbird Hotels-Fiesta only, plus management
fees for the Pardo hotel, that being the one hotel under management for June
2010.
