Acquisition project of the Vortice France business
Axelair, a subsidiary of Thermador Groupe, has entered into exclusive
negotiations with its main industrial partner, Vortice, based in Tribiano
(Milan), Italy, for the acquisition of the business and the stock of Vortice
France based in Créteil, France.
Vortice France reported ?1.8m turnover in 2016 and currently employs 6 people.
During the first half of 2017 Axelair reported turnover of ?1.3m and a headcount
of 6.
This commercial and logistical merger of the organizations would produce a
stronger team to follow-up and develop sales of Vortice products in a coherent
manner through its 4 main French market distribution channels: electrical
equipment traders, heating and sanitation traders, Web business and OEM.
Vortice is a multinational group, specialized in the design, manufacture and
distribution of materials for ventilation, air treatment, heating and air
conditioning. It employs 300 people worldwide and operates in Europe, Asia and
South America.
