3M introduces new PELTOR LEP-200 Earplugs
(PresseBox) - Hearing protectors can affect the audibility of sounds around you ? even those that the wearer needs to hear better for safety reasons. The new 3M PELTOR LEP-200 Earplugs meet both requirements in one: they protect the hearing from noise hazards and make it possible with their level-dependent function to allow situational awareness and hear important signals in a dynamic work environment.
The advanced level dependent technology, the reliable fit and easy operation make the LEP-200 a comfortable and compact hearing protection for a wide range of applications, for example in industry or military. The lithium-ion battery also allows long term operation and can then be recharged in the standard, solid transport case via USB connection. The operation is intuitive via only one button. With it, the active plugs are not only switched on or off, but at the same time it allows the volume control in three levels.
One-way communication for optimal communication
The new 3M PELTOR NeckLoop TEP-Loop-200 is a further highlight and a useful addition to the hearing protection plugs. In conjunction with a small antenna in the earplugs, it enables wireless one-way communication even in areas of high noise exposure. A special feature of demanding application environments is the innovative microphone input, which effectively protects the earplug from water.
