Mortgage Rates Tick Down
(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/19/17 -- (OTCQB: FMCC) today released the results of its (PMMS®), showing the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate ticking down this week.
(FRM) averaged 3.88 percent with an average 0.5 point for the week ending October 19, 2017, down from last week when it averaged 3.91 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.52 percent.
this week averaged 3.19 percent with an average 0.5 point, down from last week when it averaged 3.21 percent. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 2.79 percent.
(ARM) averaged 3.17 percent this week with an average 0.4 point, up from last week when it averaged 3.16 percent. A year ago at this time, the 5-year ARM averaged 2.85 percent.
