Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. Declares Distribution

HAMILTON, BERMUDA--(Marketwire - July 22, 2011) - Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the
general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. (Teekay Offshore) (NYSE: TOO),
has declared a cash distribution of $0.50 per unit for the quarter ended June
30, 2011. The cash distribution is payable on August 12, 2011 to all unitholders
of record on August 5, 2011.
