Ceramic Polymer offer a selection of premium coatings as cartridge systems for simple and cost saving application. The partner Zacosin® employs these systems for small special tanks and filter vessels to achieve fast and cost-efficiently a comprehensive corrosion protection.
(firmenpresse) - The company „Zacosin® the surface experts“, located in Gladbeck/Germany, uses for comprehensive corrosion protection of small special tanks the premium coatings with cartridge application system. This application method facilitates a clean and cost saving coating for small projects and hardly accessible areas. The cartridges are resealable; the remaining material can be utilized for at least 6 months.
Ceramic Polymer partner „Zacosin® the surface experts“ employs the cartridge systems for different kinds of filter vessels, such as sand filters and activated carbon filters. For these tanks a high-quality coating with durable resistances against corrosion, heavy abrasion or chemical influences is required. Such vessels are often small and fitted with partition panels, pillars and flanges. Closed tanks often provide just a small-sized manhole – the application of the coating is thereby extremely hindered!
For this purpose, Ceramic Polymer’s cartridge systems feature the effective solution: Premium coatings with best protection properties in a lightweight, portable dispenser providing the advanced Sulzer Mixpac Technology.
