(Thomson Reuters ONE) - 10 September 2009NORTHERN VENTURE TRUST PLC ("The Company")DIVIDEND DECLARATIONThe Company announces that the directors have declared a secondinterim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2009 of 4.5p pershare in respect of the Company's ordinary shares and 2.0p per sharein respect of the Company's C shares. The dividends will be paid on29 September 2009 to shareholders on the register on 18 September2009, taking the total interim dividends paid for the year ending 30September 2009 to 7.5p per ordinary share and 3.0p per C share. Itis the directors' current intention that no final dividend will beproposed in respect of the ordinary shares or the C shares for theyear ending 30 September 2009.In accordance with the Company's articles of association, it isintended that the C shares will be converted into ordinary shares on29 October 2009.
