Nov17 - Trenz Electronic releases EDDP Motor Control Kit with Motor and Power Supplies
(PresseBox) - Trenz Electronic GmbH from Bünde, Germany, releases a new product, the Electric Drives Demonstration Platform (EDDP) Motor Control Kit. The EDDP Kit enables the development and evaluation of 3-phase motor control applications by providing all the necessary software and hardware.
The main hardware components of the EDDP Kit are the development board TEC0053 from Trenz Electronic as the motor driver board, the Arty Z7-10 from Digilent Inc. as the reference controller board and a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor from Anaheim Automation as the reference motor. The main software components are the Field Control Algorithm implemented with Vivado SDSoC and the Web UI; the software is available for download from http://trenz.org/EDDP/.
