As we have previously announced, the 2Q2011 Dividend & Earnings Report is
expected to be released Monday August 8 2011, before the market opens at which
time a dividend will be announced. The dividend is expected to be paid August
31 2011, to shareholders of record August 19, 2011.
The 3Q2011 Dividend & Earnings Report is expected to be released Monday November
7 2011, before opening of the market. The dividend for the third quarter of
2011 is expected to be paid on or about December 2 2011, to shareholders of
record November 23, 2011.
In connection with the release of the 2Q2011 Dividend & Earnings Report August
8 2011, the NAT Chairman & CEO has been invited to an interview on CNBC the same
day to discuss subjects on the tanker industry. The interview is expected to be
televised on CNBC August 8 at about 6 pm US Eastern time.
