Corona, CA, December 14, 2017 - Power Drop, a state of the art vending machine that sells single-use, recyclable, phone chargers have announced that they have successfully installed within the Valley International Airport in Harlingen, Texas. This install marks another airport within the Power Drop network of machines placed throughout North America. The Valley International Airport is considered a hub for connecting flights from Mexico and the Midwest. It is also the final destination for visitors traveling to the infamous South Padre Island.
The machine is centrally located near the United Airlines terminal and in plain sight to all guests. Now, airport guests do not have to worry about purchasing expensive chargers or having to "anchor" their charging cables to an outlet. The Power Drop charger offers users a simple solution to low phone battery.
Along with this install, Power Drop will also have a presence within the Rio Grande Premium Outlets near the airport. The machine will be placed within the Premium Outlets food court. Moving forward, Power Drop expects to see several new locations within the region in the next 6 months.
