BMZ Brings New "ESS X" Energy Storage System with Higher Capacity to Market

ID: 571461

(PresseBox) - With the new lithium ion energy storage option ? the BMZ Energy Storage Systems ESSX ? both private and commercial solar system operators have the ability to inexpensively store solar energy during the day, then use it in their own homes or businesses as needed. Energy storage solutions by BMZ with integrated safety concepts are highly efficient and can be used flexibly and optimally for private and commercial applications.

The New Generation: ?ESS X?

The new BMZ ?ESS X? energy storage system will have a higher capacity of over 10 kWh than smaller models ESS 7.0 and ESS 9.0 at the same volume, making it highly economically efficient. The BMZ lithium-ion batteries installed in the systems have a diameter of 18mm and a height of 65mm. With more active material and stronger conductors, the new BMZ battery cells deliver significantly more energy to solar storage systems. The BMZ cell offers the highest energy density in its format, allowing it to provide much better capacity than cells used in the past.

?ESS X? Will be Presented at Energy Storage

The new storage system from the BMZ Group will be presented during the Energy Storage Europe trade fair from March 13th to 15th in Düsseldorf. BMZ experts from the Energy Storage segment Dr. Stratis Tapanlis (stratis.tapanlis(at)bmz-group.com) and Björn Schenk (bjoern.schenk(at)bmz-group.com) will be advising attendees and potential buyers about the new storage systems at the BMZ booth Hall 08B, Stand F22. The new storage system is available now through wholesalers.
