Cryptzone Group joins forces with Distributor Altimate to complete UK Strategy

A deal has been signed with Altimate UK for the distribution of Cryptzone
software. The deal sees 6 years of planning to tackle the UK market come to
fruition for the Swedish company, who see this new relationship as a next step
of new growth for the company. "We know that this partnership will see an
unprecedented period of growth for the company, and we are excited to get things
started," says Peter Davin, CEO Cryptzone.
Between 2005 and 2009, Cryptzone had been selling into the UK with only moderate
success via its Swedish headquarters. However, since then Cryptzone has stepped
up its efforts with the introduction of a strategic approach to the UK and the
acquisition of several companies. In 2010, Cryptzone purchased AppGate Network
Security, a company with its own dedicated sales team in the UK. Integrating the
Cryptzone products into the sales team, the company started to gain traction in
the UK marketplace.
Late in 2010 with another purchase, this time NETconsent - a policy management
company, saw the introduction of a UK headquarters and a much greater potential
for UK Growth.
At the start of 2011, Grant Taylor was appointed VP of Sales for UK and Ireland
with the objective of making headway into the British market. The final vision
has finally been achieved with the signing of a deal with Altimate.
