Schibsted ASA has on 12 August 2011 through a trader bought 100,000 shares in
its own company at a price of NOK 146.3021 per share.
Schibsted ASA now holds 414,055 treasury shares.
The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company's Annual
General Meeting on 13 May 2011 that provided the company with the authority to
increase number of own shares to 10,800,361 within a period of 12 months.
