Ruth van Andel appointed as member Imtech Supervisory Board

Gouda, the Netherlands - Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in Europe)
announces that in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today
Mrs. Ruth van Andel (50 years) has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory
Board of Imtech N.V. for a term of four years, expiring in the General Meeting
of Shareholders in 2015.
Mrs. Van Andel has the Dutch nationality. She is currently Lawyer and Partner at
Clifford Chance in Amsterdam and Board member of the Youth Sports Fund
Netherlands ('Jeugdsportfonds Nederland'). Mrs. Van Andel does not hold any
shares in Imtech. The appointment is in the Company's interest, in view of her
legal knowledge and experience in the field of employees' participation, social
matters and pensions. Mrs. Van Andel will similarly act as a member of the
Supervisory Board having the special confidence of the Works Council for the
consultative bodies.
The composition of the Supervisory Board of Imtech N.V. is now as follows:
* Rudy van der Meer, chairman;
* Eric van Amerongen;
* Ruth van Andel;
* Adri Baan;
* Joop de Rooij;
* Harry van Tooren.
