The new Benetton e-shop?powered by Keros Digital?
(PresseBox) - Benetton launched the new online website, which is totally redesigned to offer a better shopping experience for their clients. The new Benetton online store is multilingual and serves multiple countries - it is translated into 7 languages and customers can shop from 24 European countries and the United States.
The company?s goal was to activate a direct management of the online channel, which previously was outsourced. Benetton plans as well this year as part of its omnichannel evolution to deliver better integration between physical stores and the online shop. By doing that, Benetton can assist the end-consumer wherever he is during his shopping experience through both physical and digital channels.
For the creation of its new online shop, Benetton has chosen to rely on the K-OMS technology, an Order Management System by Keros Digital.
