12 April 2018 - Triton Minerals Limited (ASX:TON) (Triton or the Company), is pleased to announce the appointment of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wertpapieranalyse GmbH ("DGWA"), a boutique European investment and financial markets consulting firm based in Frankfurt, Germany. The engagement is in respect of Investor Relations; to position the Company in the German speaking media environment and to assist the Company in its relations with German speaking retail and institutional investors. The appointment of DGWA provides the Company with the opportunity to expand the level of interest in Triton throughout Europe and compliments the Company's pre-existing quotation on the German Securities Exchanges.
Mr Stefan Müller, CEO and founder of DGWA, began his career at Dresdner Bank AG as senior vice president of global equity trading. He has also held senior positions with Equinet AG, Bankhaus Sal Oppenheim (then the largest European private bank) as head of global proprietary trading and managing partner at Proprietary Partners AG, a Swiss based hedge fund advisory company.
DGWA consults to various companies, investors, financial institutions and federal organisations regarding investment relations and investment strategy.
Commenting on DGWA's appointment, Mr Müller said "DGWA is pleased to be working with Triton as they look to advance their world class graphite projects and to enhance their expandable graphite and battery minerals strategy. The European investor community is very conversant with the battery metal space and advanced graphite products and this will place Triton in a promising position to supply the high purity and large flake graphite markets which exist in Europe."
