I think that this better visibility helped us to build on what was a good foundation. We get referrals and repeat business constantly."
Shannon also discussed how many people in the tree service business tend to overcharge. "Dominion's pricing is fair and transparent, which is one of the reasons our customers are loyal to our team. There are also those individuals who charge dirt cheap rates, but they generally do not have a license, liability insurance, or quality work standards."
While the company has been making strides in building their unique brand in the community and online, they still tout their long list of 5 star reviews from satisfied HomeAdvisor customers.
