ELMO launches new 4K camera for business / higher education
(PresseBox) - 4K is now becoming a standard in the display industry and 4K large display numbers are increasing year by year. ELMO, as the market leader of visualisers, will take the leading role in producing the best quality of visual presentation possible.
ELMO Europe SAS, a leading manufacturer of visualisers, will launch the new PX-30 on August 1st, 2018. With its 4K camera and 288x zoom, it is the best ELMO visualiser on the market.
The ELMO PX-30 is designed to meet the needs of colleges, universities and Further Education facilities as well as corporate meeting rooms. Unlike smaller models, it has a network and RS-232C port for external control. The direct image output in 4K resolution works via HDMI, VGA or HDBaseT. A USB 3.0 port is available for connecting the unit to a computer. External image signals can be received via HDMI or VGA.
The PX-30 is intuitively operated via a 5-inch touch display, where all parameters can be set up and which also functions as a preview monitor for the main display. Furthermore, it is operated by buttons / zoom wheel on the lower edge of the device. Included is a whiteboard pad for handwritten notes without no need for paper. For documentation or sharing content, photos and videos can be stored on USB stick, SD memory card or the internal memory (30fps at 4K, 60fps at 2K.
Also coming on August 1 is the ELMO PX-10 with a FullHD resolution version. With their extensive equipment and the elegant, flat design, both devices are designed to meet the demand for professional users.
