(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 08/22/11 -- The law firms of Sarraf Gentile LLP and Vianale & Vianale LLP announce that they have voluntarily dismissed, without prejudice, the class action lawsuit that they filed on July 18, 2011, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, case number 11-cv-61591, against Magnum d'Or Resources Inc. ("Magnum") (PINKSHEETS: MDOR).
The action was brought on behalf of purchasers of Magnum stock between July 2, 2008 and April 13, 2010, inclusive. The complaint asserted violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78j(b) and 78t(a); and SEC Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5.
