Resilient plc appoints Jamie Melling to the board as Sales Director to strengthen reseller programme
LN6 3TR(firmenpresse) - London, 31 August 2018 - Resilient is pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Melling as Sales Director. Jamie joins the business to expand the partner programme reselling Resilient's product portfolio, including the new solution, smartnumbers fraud prevention.
Jamie brings more than 20 years experience in a variety of Sales leadership roles including 3com and Cable and Wireless. During these roles, Jamie developed strong partnerships to drive business growth and worked with network operators such as Vodafone to develop their ecosystem to enhance their core propositions for competitive differentiation.
Commenting on joining Resilient plc, Jamie says "Resilient are tackling critical customer challenges that no one else it solving, such as developing a fraud prevention solution that uniquely protects contact centres from telephone fraud attacks." Jamie adds: "I look forward to developing relationships with leading network operators to build contact centre fraud prevention into their offering. I can also see that adding telephone fraud prevention will help provide a more holistic proposition for system integrators and software vendors who have contact centre customers."
