Toronto, ON, September 7, 2018 - As First Global Data Limited (the Company) has previously disclosed, the Companys auditor, Fareed Sheik LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, will not be continuing as the Companys auditor going forward. The Companys board of directors has accepted their resignation, effective as of August 31, 2018, and is actively sourcing its new auditor. Fareed Sheik LLP has committed to providing any assistance required for a smooth transition.
